P.W. „COMFORT” is a precursor of using joint floor panels in Poland. It
was our company, that cleared the way for this type of floor panels
commonly used in Western Europe.

Our innovative solution was able to be applied where standard
constructions failed. “COMFORT” joint floor panels allowed to use
unconventional technical solutions during various facility
constructions.

Attributes of the floor slab panel
Integrated "COMFORT" type prefabricated floor slab
|
Great precision and smoothness of the flooring not requiring plaster
work. Resistance of the panels is adapted to individual load weight
according to the utilization conditions of a given flooring. On site
floor panel production requires minimum timbering (shuttering support)
work.

Possibility of making any shape panel, i.e., circles, triangles,
polygons. All holes and openings made during the precasting phase
(ventilation, sewage etc).Low self-weight of 5 cm panels – 125
kg/m2.Simple and short installation.May be installed from the lorry
without on site stacking (per project documentation).Possibility of
adding a negative arrow. Also, a relatively small stocking area is
needed on the construction site.Easy transport – up to 180 m2 of floor
slabs on one lorry.

Prefabricated joined floor slabs COMFORT may be supported
by plaster, reinforced concrete construction. In case of using foamed
polysterene cast it is necessary pour foundation cement base.
Using this type of precast flooring allows to support them on binders
but also to create concealed reinforced concrete and steel binders.
Also eave grits and balcony components as well as bracket elements may
be made manufactured out of them. Outer edge floor slab element my be
closed enabling cementing the floor slab without the need of beveling.
The exceptional characteristic of these flooring slabs is the
possibility of joining panels of various primary armament directions as
well as joining the composite floor panel with other types of floor
slabs (i.e., wet manufacturing, Spiroll panels etc). The composite
floor panels allows for a wide application of Schöck-Isokorb insulation
elements, which is delivered already partially built-in into the panel;
elements of electric installations may be built-in as well.
Composite flooring panel characteristics
- total panel thickness: from 0.09- 0,40 m
- concrete used in the prefabricate: grade B 15 and higher
- fire resistance: standard - 1 hour and higher per requirements
- reinforcement of each connecting joint eliminates forming of spacing at the stick joints
- assembly without the use of costly and work consuming timbering framework, assembly supports being sufficient
- ability to carry out two way reinforcement
- making the floor slabs as self-supporting – without supports
- holes and opening may be strengthened
- accessories and installations (electric, heating etc) may be built-in
Typical applications
Single family and multi residential
housing, public facilities (schools, hospitals, hotels,
office),atypical: garages, industrial halls, shopping facilities,
multiplex movie theaters.
Time of manufacturing and deliveries
Individually agreed upon with the user with the possibility of delivery
to the construction site at a set time, installation directly from the
delivery vehicle avoiding costly reloading.
