This system has been tried and proven in Germany for many years where it is extremely popular.
The ready elements are made in our prefabricate plant. On your property we only assemble them. They are already equipped with windows and doors and other essential installation elements; electricity, ventilation grates and others. Thanks to the flexibility of our precasting system, the prefabricate elements can be adjusted to every even the most complex shaped building.

2.3. construction of a reinforced concrete foundation panel in the ready dug out
2.4. brick laying or delivery of a prefabricated chimney
3.1. delivery of the precast components and elements to construction site
4.1. assembly of prefabricate elements
4.2. laying out of the flooring slabs and foundation rings
4.3. pouring out of concrete on the concrete floor panels with all the joints and making all the necessary holes for all types of installations

Moreover, we ensure all supporting material necessary for the completion of the above works. We also have precise and aesthetic German made elements to built into the precast elements such as: basement window, fire escape doors, garage doors, chimneys, plastic frames for basement windows etc. Your only task is to submit to us a complete, approved copy of the building’s technical project together with the installations project, ground works and showing us by authorized persons the axis or the outline of the building. Depending on your preference and ground conditions these basement can also be equipped with water resistance insulation and external insulation.All types of precast buildings may be installed on our basements ( such as Stolbud, Namysłow etc), as well as buildings constructed the traditional way (that is plaster, brick, hollow brick, aerated concrete). This system is especially recommended for MUROSAN and THERMOMUR systems. In addition to the prefabricated ready basements – the zero construction phase, we recommend that you use precast new type of flooring panels for constructing concrete floor slabs, flooring roof, balconies and terraces for the remaining floors of your house.
