Ready prefabricated reinforced concrete garages are an ideal solution for individual clients as well as investors or developers.They spare you problems involved with traditional construction project while ensuring the same end result of a durable, solid and at the same time have aesthetic construction.

Construction works are limited to carrying out spot foundations, hence the garage is not permanently attached to the ground and may be transferred to another location at any time giving the possibility of flexible spatial planning. Our specialists offer their assistance and advice on possible location, adaptation of the garage into another type of a facility or with a complete garage design project to meet your expectations. Based on the documentation which we supply it is easy to obtain the necessary building permit. It is sufficient just to indicated the location of the garage and make a simple draft plan. A prefabricated garage is constructed as a single reinforced concrete cast with built-in reinforcement ensuring durability of the construction during transportation, transferring and usage. The walls are from 6 to 8 cm thick and have a “move – in” finish, that is they are covered with a white (standard color) mineral plaster on the external walls. The external and interior walls may be painted any color at customer’s request.The roof with an internal slope for a drain pipe is covered with thermally fixed tar paper. The garage has a reinforced concrete flooring secured with water insulation from the bottom. The standard garage version has a swing up metal door, not insulated made of trapezoid metal sheets covered with protective paint.

ASSEMBLY


The garage is delivered to you at a mutually agreed time by the supplier’s vehicle (client may pick up the garage with own means of transportation if he so wishes) and with the aid of a 28 ton crane the garage is lifted and transferred to a previously prepared foundation. The producer’s representative supervises the correct unloading process. Please adhere to his directions.

The laying and assembly of the garage should be done according to guidelines 2) placing the garage in an even of a free standing construction, on 4 piling foundations measuring 0,4x0, 4x0,8m or in an even of a integrated row construction on two foundation sills.

The above said foundation is sufficient for average foundation condtions1,5-2,0 kN/cm2, that is, sand, gravel, clay. Attention should be paid to proper and precise leveling of the foundations and any possible divergence must be corrected using metal supports.
