“COMFORT” prefabricated (precast) composite walls are used in for producing precast housing, industrial and public facility modules in which the joining of the precast elements must be fixed tightly such as in tanks or “white tub” type construction as well as in producing precast retaining walls by watered ground. Moreover, “COMFORT” prefabricated (precast) composite walls are used in order to facilitate the construction works, for example during the winter season or when the weight of the precast assembled elements lessens with greater wall thickness.

A composite wall is made up of two 5 cm thick concrete slabs thermally joined together with reinforced nets of any external texture spaced by the wall thickness and combined together with a reinforced system ensuring stability during transport, assembly and pouring over with concrete at the construction site. Depending on the needs the space between the concrete plates may filled with water-resistant concrete.“COMFORT” walls are fire resistant and sound proofed the same was as traditional monolithic concrete or reinforced concrete walls of the same thickness.
