Actions ensuring quality.In 2002, we were issued an ISO 9001:1994 Certificate granted by BVQJ – Polska.A full quality control is carried out in the company based on the Company Production Control. It is conducted by the Production Department’s supervising unit and laboratory testing on the premise of work stations control of each technological operation being carried out . The above said control is conducted by Quality Control employees. All completed control inspections are recorded on a “Product Technology Chart”. These documents provide information about who and when made a given prefabricated product and even each individual operation and who is responsible for its correctness. This form of raising employees awareness of responsibility brought the company gratification in the fact, that quality is a concern of each of our employees. Independently from the internal control, our company is subject to a control inspection by “CEBET” in Warsaw – Central Concrete Industry Development Research Center, an accredited and licensed unit with whom Comfort has a long term control inspection working relationship. The objective of the control conducted by “CEBET” is to ascertain proper application of our certificates to the safety of our products. In light of having a properly functioning Quality Control as well as using materials having all the required attests and certificates, our products are permitted into turnover and are commonly used on the Polish market pursuant to standard requirements and the April 16, 2004 “Building Products” Act.

The required level of production quality earned as a „Bestätigung der Gültigkeit der Übereinstimmungszertifikate” German certificate for our products. Thanks to the said certificate “P.W. “Comfort” Sp. z o.o. is authorized to sell its pre-cast products on the German market. Our client’s are given a packet of quality documents pertaining to the delivered prefabricated components essential for the technical inspection approval of the constructed facility. Despite the unwavering production quality we are constantly working on the quality of our prods so they would measure up to the newest technologies and would best meet the, posed by you, ever growing high expectations.
