From 1999, P.W. COMFORT Spolka z o.o.[Ltd] company is an owner the largest Concrete Prefabrication Plant in Poland located in Lower Silesia region in the town of Rakowice Male by Lwowek Sl. The Plant in Rakowice is the most contemporarily equipped prefabrication plant in the country. It has a 19,6 hectare surface area, 16 000 m2 of production hall space, 8,500 m2 of warehouse (storage) space. The Plant has its own laboratory conducting control and development research for the needs of our company and other companies. The facility also has its own carpentry shop and repair service. Production of accessories and tools is conducted in the Rakowice Plant.

24 tilted, heated AVERMAN company tables for the production of various types of wall components: face wall slabs, layered, slabs, ground sills, floor slabs and other flat components. The construction of the tables and their heating method allows to remove the elements even as soon as after four hours and bring on the next production batch.

24 work stations for the production of spandrel-beam elements up to 18 meters long. The scaffolding properties of these work stations enable the production of beam elements of elaborate shapes, consoles, the element support brackets may be shaped in all spatial direction.
